Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Family Fest DFW. Family Fest DFW incorporates a cultural mix of food, arts, crafts and apparel vendors, against a backdrop of live music for the entire family. The early day events are tailored towards the celebration of children and family. The evening events host live concert performances and are tailored for ages 21 and over.
We have 16 premium vendor spaces available inside the amphitheater (uncovered) and other spaces available outside the amphitheater (uncovered). The amphitheater spaces are available at the same prices as all other spaces. Because the vendor spaces are outside, we recommend bringing at least a 10x10 tent.
Please note, food vendors must secure a temporary permit from the City of Plano Environmental Health & Sustainability Department. The permit type is based upon the food unit type. For more information, and how to obtain the permit, visit: https://www.plano.gov/345/Mobile-Food-Facility
The vendor application is for commercial, non-commercial, for-profit and non-profit vendors. The vendor application and payment deadline is 6 weeks prior to the kickoff of Family Fest DFW. Acceptance of vendor applications and payment constitutes the vendor join date. Vendor spaces are on a first join first choice basis.
